Top three news in Office 2016 – What´s in it for me?

Office 2016 is now available to customers and if you are subscribing to the cloud version, Office 365, you can download it right now. These are our three favorite new features:

  1. Collaboration on the desktop in real time. For the first time in Office history you can edit Excel and Word files together in real time. You can have colleges working from Word and Word Online at the same time and see exactly what they do when they do it. This improves collaboration and productivity in a great way.
  2. Attach files in e-mail. How many times have you edited a file and later on wanted to attach the file to an e-mail just to find yourself struggling to find the file? With Outlook 2016 that is no longer an issue. Just click on Attach and you will see the last ten files you edited. But it doesn’t stop there. It is now easy to browse for files in OneDrive, OneDrive for business and SharePoint Sites. If you run Windows 10 you can even search from the start menu.

  3. Tell me search assistant. Even if you´re a true Office master there are some settings that are just too difficult to find. The Tell me feature means that all you need to do is ask. Very easy.

There are much more features to be found in Office 2016. Which favorite is yours?
