If we break down our concept a bit, our User Productivity solution consists of three components:

By combining our solutions, we’ve created a package that will fit you and your business. We only work with the best of the best in the business and continually keep ourselves updated on what’s going on so that you as our customer can be sure to always have the best solution for you. Today we work with Microsoft Office 365 and Azure, Google Apps, BOX, Zendesk and Babbelforce. This allows us to create a custom platform for you customized for your specific needs.

Support. We know that a Self-Service portal increases customer satisfaction a lot. Being able to find a solution to a problem easily and solve the problem quickly makes you feel a lot more satisfied. And you gain knowledge as well. With TSC you get a company portal for your business but at the same time you do not have to build a knowledgebase by yourself. You automatically make use of our accumulated customer solutions to problems so that you don’t have to create them again. If you want to integrate the system with your apps, phone or get support in multiple languages we can do that as well. There is another part of our support that often get underestimated and that is our continuous monthly meetings where we make sure that the platform performs the way you need and evolves as your business grows. We strive to make sure you get everything you can out of your investment with us.

Training. Training is part of our DNA. With a number of staff members with more than 20 years of experience of training the business we feel that knowledge is a key factor in our offering. The training you get will increase your knowledge and efficiency and make sure that you can focus on your core business. To keep the costs down we deliver training at least once a month instead of once during five days. We keep the training precise and to the point and we deliver it online so that you don´t have travel. For those of you who are busy when the training occurs we record it so that you can watch it whenever and wherever you need, as many times as you want.
