Service Desk Agent

The Service Corporation is a Modern IT Management Company specialised in Cloud Services. Our Enterprise Cloud Service Desk called One Service Desk (OSD) is a skilled Support Capability. We focus on delivering the best end user experience. We are now looking for several extremely passionate and service minded Service Desk agents. Your personality and social skills are just as important as having an extensive background in technology.

Job Description

  • You will provide first class service to end users using Office 365, Google for Work and other cloud services
  • You will resolve Incidents and Service Requests reported by end users around the world.
  • You will escalated recurring incidents (problems) to 2:nd and 3: line support teams to make sure that root-cause is identified and necessary action taken.
  • Create video tutorials and step by step guides
  • Make sure that Service Level targets are fulfilled and customers satisfied
  • Onsite IT support for some customers
  • Configure and install computers, monitors, networking equipment & peripherals

  • Extremly Service Minded and ability to be patient and empathetic
  • Love to help customer
  • Ability to work in a high pace environment with tight timescales
  • Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and verbally


Preferable skills

  • Active Directory/LDAP and Networking Skills
  • You have been working in a Service Desk and provided end user support
  • Google Apps, Gmail, Talk Calendar, Google+ and Docs/Drive
  • Microsoft Office, Office 365
  • Any additional lanuageskills
