TSC is a modern IT company that specializes in cloud services. We focus on delivering the market’s best customer experience through our modern cloud-based service desk.

We are growing and looking for passionate and service-focused employees. Your personality and your social skills are more important to us than having a comprehensive background in technology. You are expected to provide first-class service to end-users using Office 365, G Suite and other cloud services. When we focus on preventive support (self-service and AI), it is also important that you enjoy expressing yourself in writing. Our customers consist of large global companies and innovative start-up’s who expect a world-class delivery, we hope you want to continue developing it.

Your profile

Those who seek have probably worked in similar roles before. We believe that you have experience with Windows, Active Directory and in case management system. You have good technical knowledge and experience of independently solving incoming cases. You are a problem solver in your fingertips, both in practice and in theory. You can work independently and together with your employees to solve the problems that arise.

Must have qualifications

  • Service-focused, with a good deal of patience and empathy
  • Good IT skills
  • Fluent Mandarin and English in both speech and writing
  • Interest in new technology
